Training Products
Several
products that are used by Paradigm Training Systems in instructor
training courses and custom training development are available as
stand-alone products. These are:

Content-Free
Microteaching
® - A variety of organizations use CFM in their train-the-trainer
courses, mentor training, and supervisor training courses.
It enables them to teach the basic explanation process quickly
and correctly. It has follow-on practice activities that can
be used to customize courses. (CFM is also a component of
the OJT System and three classroom instructor workshops.)

Instructor
Selection Test
® - The IST is the only available objective test of present
and potential instructor skill. It measures how well people
perform the basic teaching skill - explaining. It is a timed
test that can be administered by anyone, and it identifies
those with the greatest and the least instructor potentials,
and the full range between. (It is a component of the OJT
System.)

Training
Development System - The Training Development System consists
of three parts:
- The
Training Development
Manual provides a checklist and illustrations
of a project management process
that ensures that all steps, from job
analysis through production
of materials, are considered.
- The
Packet System
provides a total quality control system for the design
and development processes,
structures project management during the development
process, and supports writers throughout development.
- The
Show-Tell System
- A simple-to-use, extremely efficient and
effective way to do a complete
procedure task analysis on a computer,
and then convert the information
immediately into a performance
checklist, training handout,
and a lesson plan. (It is a component of the
OJT System, the ID Workshop.)
