Microteaching

Teach four CFM lessons to the type of people who will be taught
on the job. The focus is on how real people (not other trainers)
learn.
Trainee Analysis

Complete one or two trainee profiles on representative
trainees.
Task Analysis

Complete the analysis of at least two tasks. One will become
the basis of a real-content coaching lesson and a performance
checklist.

OJT model.
Performance Objectives and Performance Tests

Practice writing objectives based on tasks taught on the job.
Convert a show-tell task analysis to a show-tell performance
checklist.

Coaching

Plan the lesson and develop a show-tell lesson plan. Each participant
then teaches a real trainee of the type he will actually teach
on the job, using the lesson plan and performance checklist.
