Robert Ketchum is Chief Executive Manager of The Ketchum Group.  He holds a Ph.D. in vocational-technical education and has worked for over 35 years in education and training.  For 20 of those years, he was Executive Director of Workforce Training at North Idaho College’s Workforce Training Center in Post Falls, Idaho.

Dr. Ketchum led one of the largest workforce training and apprenticeship programs in Idaho, and for 10 years was Idaho’s representative to the American Association of Community Colleges’ Workforce Training State Liaison Network.

His board roles include the National Council for Workforce Education, and Coeur d'Alene’s Jobs Plus' economic development association.  Dr. Ketchum has many years of teaching and training experience and is a certified facilitator for Achieve Global’s interpersonal and team skill training and for the Paradigm SOJT Training System.  Robert is an experienced national presenter on the topics of SOJT and training in China where he has consulted and participated in the delivery of training in Hong Kong and on the Chinese mainland.
