Ray has over 30 years of experience in business and organizational development, marketing, sales and distribution. His training experience includes the design and delivery of training for a variety of technical and non-technical situations. 

Ray has designed, developed, and delivered technical, systems, job task, and soft skills training for companies in high-tech service, manufacturing, retail, real estate, and education industries. His expertise includes sales and marketing, sales and field force automation, project management, training systems design and implementation, organizational design, curriculum design, performance and systems analysis, design / development / delivery of training curricula, train-the-trainer programs, and training evaluation.  He delivers classroom instruction courses for Paradigm Training Systems.

He has assisted several companies in the implementation of Oracle, SAP and Saratoga Enterprise systems. His previous and current clients include Ameritech, Budget Rent a Car, Field Solutions, Inc., GE, Keebler Cookies, M-B Sales, LP., MicroLite Corporation, Palos Community Hospital, Pitney Bowes, Inc., Rockwell Electronic Commerce, Technical Development Systems, Tellabs Operations Inc., Tusk Inc., VASCO Corporation, VASCO Data Security, and Videojet/Marconi International.

Ray has broad experience with most of the popular PC software applications including all MS Office Professional and Corel Office products. He has an extensive library of courses for word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation graphics, contact management and internet communications.
