Ranya Verson established PSI as a resource for small to mid-sized manufacturing company owners and leaders of operations who understand that skilled employees offer your organization the best advantages.

Throughout her career, Ranya has worked in range of business contexts from Fortune 100 companies to non-profits to manufacturing where she has become a trusted advisor to senior executives while simultaneously engendering engagement with shop floor employees.  Ranya’s history of maintaining on-going relationships with her clients is a testament to her ability to produce desired results and build strong alliances.

Ranya has been characterized as a creative and practical problem-solver, a visionary leader, and an expert in workforce development in areas such as safety, continuous learning, leadership coaching, cultural integration, process improvement, and employee satisfaction.  She is best known for her ability to leverage existing resources to design unique and practical solutions for business challenges such as, improved quality, compliance, and productivity.  Through Ranya’s customized learning programs, clients have recognized her contribution to shorter learning curves, elevated participant confidence, more consistent levels of routine performance, reduced errors and disruptions, clearer communication and increased productivity.

Ranya applies learning techniques that positively impact business results for multi-lingual environments.  She has developed a modularized Multi-lingual Plant System that uses structured on-the-job training as its “engine.”   This system was one of the building blocks for company expansion (approximately a 50% growth in revenue) for a leading contract manufacturer.

Ranya holds a Master of Adult Education from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois. Her educational experiences include training from the Ashland Institute, a certification in emotional intelligence profiling and interpretation from Learning in Action Technologies, and more than a decade of dedicated study of the Spanish language and Latino cultures.

Ranya facilitates in Spanish, has lived and taught in South America and has worked in bi-lingual and English as a Second Language (ESL) environments in the United States. Her work has been featured in Building Indiana magazine and in NFIB online, in the Business Resources section.
