We
offer three Call Center courses and an OJT Trainer course.
The
three Call Center Training
courses - basic, advanced, and supervisor - are composed of 26 units.
They may be used for self-study, one-to-one training, or classroom
instruction. As they are designed for independent study, they are
complete and do not require an instructor guide. The materials are
generic and will require some customization to exactly fit your
organization's requirements. They are available on CD as well as
hard copy.
The OJT Train-the-Trainer Course is normally delivered by on site by our staff, but due to demand, is also available as a turnkey off-the-shelf course. Qualified and experienced trainers can learn, through this course, how to be OJT instructor-trainers, and deliver the OJT Trainer Course. Both courses, as well as the materials used, are described in the OJT System pages. | ||
